Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee site safety and quality
* Manage subcontractors and daily site operations
* Track progress and report weekly
* Inspect works from foundations to final finishes
* Support site meetings and ensure project targets are met
* Take part in Toolbox talks & sign off trade work
* Promote health & safety on site
* Complete subcontractor inductions
* Manage snagging process & unit handovers
This role requires a strong communication and organisational skills, a proven track record with contractors and housing projects.
