About the Role: As a Talent Attraction Partner, you'll be a key player in our Sales Recruiting team, blending hands-on sourcing with strategic insights and operational excellence.
You'll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build high-quality, diverse pipelines of Senior Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities: Source and engage senior sales talent across multiple channels Conduct structured assessments aligned with role and company values Deliver market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform strategy Drive data integrity and reporting across sourcing platforms Support brand activations and recruiting events Enable continuous learning and pipeline optimization ?
