We are working with a market-leading Energy, Infrastructure & Natural Resources team seeking an experienced Energy & Infrastructure Finance Lawyer to join its growing practice in Dublin. This is a standout opportunity for a finance lawyer who wants to work on some of the largest and most complex energy and infrastructure financings in Ireland and across the wider market.

The Role
You will advise lenders, sponsors, investors and developers on high-value financing transactions across the energy and infrastructure lifecycle, including:
Project finance and acquisition finance in the energy and infrastructure sectors
Drafting and negotiating LMA-based facility agreements and intercreditor arrangements
Leading the preparation and negotiation of security packages and ancillary finance documentation
Advising on financings relating to offshore and onshore wind, solar, battery storage, hydrogen, data centres, interconnectors and major infrastructure assets
Managing transactions from structuring through to financial close
Mentoring and supporting junior team members
The Person
4–6 years’ PQE in banking, finance or project finance
Strong experience with LMA documentation and complex security structures
Comfortable leading transactions and managing client relationships
Commercial, solutions-focused and collaborative
