Job Responsibilities
* Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Provide exceptional customer service experience to guests.
* To be well presented with a polite and professional manner.
* Proficient with hotel software, Opera/Hotsoft, beneficial but not required.
* Flexible approach to working hours as this role includes shift work and weekends.
Package on Offer
* Competitive salary of €30,000 – €35,000 dependent on experience.
