An elite global investment platform is building out its finance function and is seeking a high-calibre Manager to join its Fund Accounting team, with a dedicated focus on fixed income strategies.
This is a front-foot, high-impact role sitting close to the investment engine of a complex firm.
You will operate as a subject matter expert across fixed income products, partnering daily with trading, risk, middle office and senior finance leadership to ensure the integrity, insight and scalability of the platform's accounting and reporting infrastructure.

The Opportunity
As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the accounting and operational oversight for a broad range of fixed income strategies, including bonds, loans, repos, mortgage-backed securities, futures, options and swaps.
You will combine hands on technical responsibility with leadership, problem-solving and process enhancement.
This role offers genuine exposure across the full investment lifecycle, from trade capture and reconciliation through to valuation, NAV oversight, audit, regulatory alignment and performance insight.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the accounting and reconciliation of fixed income trading activity, ensuring completeness, accuracy and strong control standards.
* Deliver timely, high-quality NAVs and financial reporting across fixed income entities.
* Act as a key finance partner to portfolio managers, risk teams, middle office, operations, legal and compensation.
* Lead investigation and resolution of complex breaks, pricing issues and P&L queries.
* Provide insight into market activity and portfolio impacts on valuation and risk metrics.
* Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance scalability and efficiency.
* Support audits, regulatory reporting and governance frameworks across a sophisticated trading environment.
* Serve as an internal fixed income accounting subject-matter expert.
Requirements
* 10+ years' experience in Fixed Income Fund Accounting, Product Control or Investment Operations
* Background within an investment manager or trading led environment.
* Deep understanding of fixed income instruments and their accounting treatment.
* Experience across NAV oversight, reconciliations, valuations and audit support.
* Proficiency with fund accounting systems (Geneva or similar)desirable; strong Excel essential.
