Key Responsibilities:
* Making accurate assessments of clients' medical conditions and developing personalized care plans
* Managing medication, including seizure management when necessary
* Pain management tailored to each client's unique requirements
* Care of children with disabilities or complex needs
* Airway management, moving and handling using hoists and repositioning as needed
* Skin integrity maintenance through wound care, infection control, and disposal of clinical waste effectively
Requirements for Success:
caregiver experience working with children,Including paediatric experience is advantageous but not essential, must have NMBI registration (up-to-date pin), immunization records full vaccination history required.
