Business Development Manager – Contract Manufacturing (Remote, Ireland)A growing contract manufacturing business is seeking a Business Development Manager to develop and expand its customer base across Ireland.

The role is remote, with regular customer engagement across Ireland.
The Role You will act as the primary commercial lead for Ireland, responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Include Proactively generating new business through outbound activity, networking, and market engagement Leading the end-to-end sales process in Ireland, with responsibility for opportunity scoping, coordinating internal inputs, managing quotations, and progressing deals to close Building early-stage customer relationships and leading commercial discussions Working closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams to translate customer requirements into viable, compliant manufacturing solutions Maintaining a structured sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline About You This role is suited to someone developing their career intechnical or solution-based sales, with enough experience to engage credibly with engineering-led and regulated customers.
