Job Title: Training Specialist - Quality Assurance
We are seeking a skilled Training Specialist to join our team in the Quality Department. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining training content and systems.
* Support activities in the creation, coordination, and implementation of learning solutions across the business area.
* Assist in setting up and rolling out the Corporate Training Management System.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage curriculum creation, item definition, risk assessments, content development, and learning plans.
* Produce reports from Learning Management Systems.
* Ensure training compliance and manage qualification compliance.
* Provide general assistance with scheduling and organizing training courses.
* Guide teams on using Training Tools and Templates.
* Evaluate instructor qualifications and develop a plan for path to qualification.
* Share best practices among resources and track and report training metrics.
Requirements:
* Honors degree in a relevant field.
* Train the Trainer qualification and Quality Assurance qualification.
* Relevant industry experience, proficiency in MS Office applications, familiarity with cGMPs requirements, and strong organizational skills.
