Reperio has partnered with a healthcare/pharmaceutical organisation seeking a Senior Sage X3 Consultant.
You will lead a critical review and optimisation of an existing Sage X3 platform, ensuring the system is efficient, scalable, and aligned with business processes within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead review of existing Sage X3 setup to identify gaps and issues.
2. Define and deliver a clear remediation or replacement strategy.
3. Collaborate with finance and operational teams to align the system with business needs.
4. Drive process optimisation, automation, and best practice adoption.
5. Support change management, training, and user enablement.
6. Ensure timely delivery of system improvements and accurate reporting
Requirements:
7. Proven expertise in Sage X3 (Financials, Inventory & Distribution, Manufacturing, PJM).
8. Strong background in financial reporting and troubleshooting ERP issues.
9. Experience in solution design, configuration, and optimisation.
10. Knowledge of data migration, integrations, and system upgrades.
11. Familiarity with healthcare/pharma compliance requirements.
12. Reporting experience with Sage X3 tools, Crystal Reports, or Power BI.
