About the Role
Red Chair Recruitment is seeking an In-House Recruitment Consultant to support our clients in Limerick. Key responsibilities include interviewing and pre-screening candidates, maintaining accurate records, collecting supporting documents, conducting reference checks, and managing the entire recruitment process with new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
* Utilize sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business from client companies
* Establish and develop positive relationships with clients through regular visits
* Gain a deep understanding of client companies, their industry, work culture, and environment
* Advertise vacancies by creating and placing job adverts and leveraging social media platforms
* Identify and approach suitable candidates who may already be employed
* Request references and assess applicant suitability before presenting them to the client
* Brief candidates on job responsibilities, salary, and benefits
* Prepare CVs and correspondence for forwarding to clients regarding suitable applicants
* Offer advice to clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression
* Pursue and exceed targets related to candidate placement, billing value, or business leads generated

Work Arrangements:
This hybrid role requires approximately one day (often less) per week in Limerick, offering a competitive salary of €30–€35,000 for a one-year fixed-term contract.
