Energy Engineer Leader
This is a key role in supporting the growth of our Energy and Planning division.
Responsibilities:
* Preparing and reviewing technical reports for quality deliverables.
* Planning design activities with project teams.
* Maintaining strong client relationships.
* Contributing to tender preparation and proposals.
* Providing line management and leadership to team members.
* Ensuring compliance with quality assurance systems, management procedures, and health and safety legislation.
* Collaborating with colleagues across disciplines.
Qualifications:
* A degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
* A minimum of 12 years' experience post-graduate.
* Chartered Engineer status required.
* Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
* Experience engaging with external stakeholders, clients, and sub-contractors.
* Adaptable, collaborative, and effective team player.
* Self-motivated with independent working ability.
