About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to lead our residential project delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost planning and control for residential projects from feasibility through to completion.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of cost planning and control for residential projects including preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
">
2. Lead procurement activities including preparation and assessment of tenders.
">
3. Monitor and report on project costs, cash flow, and variations.
">
4. Prepare and submit interim valuations and final accounts.
">
5. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
">
6. Provide value engineering advice to maximise quality and cost efficiency.
">
7. Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and quality standards.

Requirements:

">
8. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
">
9. Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in a professional QS or consultancy environment.
">
10. Proven track record in residential project delivery is essential.
">
11. Excellent knowledge of Irish building contracts and procurement methods.
">
12. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

13. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QS software tools.
