In 2021, following the launch of a Home Energy Upgrade division in partnership with the SEAI, we expanded significantly and plan further growth in 2025 and 2026, driven by government grants and initiatives to upgrade 500,000 Irish homes by 2030.
We have purchased and are upgrading a larger facility with offices, a warehouse, showroom, training facilities, customer meeting rooms, and virtual meeting pods to support online consultations and presentations.
The ideal candidate will have a troubleshooting mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. You should be motivated, flexible, and able to work independently, managing your own diary. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Provide on-site service including commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating, and validating products and services.
* Perform post-installation commissioning inspections.
* Schedule site inspections.
* Log and file reports using our online CRM software.
* Work in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Provide troubleshooting support via phone and on-site.
Requirements
* Knowledge of renewable energy systems is desirable.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Experience in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC fields is desirable.
* Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills.
* Full clean driving license and willingness to travel within the Munster region.
* Safe Pass certification.
