17 Months Specific purpose, whole-time post UCC wishes to appoint a Research Support Officer - Programme Manager to the Sustainability Institute/Energy Policy and Modelling Group, reporting to the Head of Department. The successful candidate will provide operational, administrative and strategic support for the Principal Investigators of the CAPACITY project, while concurrently supporting the Energy Policy and Modelling Group (EPMG). The role involves coordinating complex research and stakeholder activities across multiple projects and personnel, supporting reporting processes, managing operational, personnel and financial administration, coordinating events and communication activities, and supporting research impact and policy engagement activities. The postholder will work closely with academic researchers, government stakeholders and university professional services within a dynamic interdisciplinary research environment focussed on climate and energy policy.
