Position Summary
Ensuring that all deliveries outbound to the customer are carried out in an accurate & timely manner to allow us to continue to provide a world class service within the agreed budgetary costs delivering all our company’s expectations.
Responsibilities
Transport
* Ensure all relevant transport compliance administration is completed in a timely manner.
* Knowledge of fleet maintenance administration, including management of the defect process.
* Provide all drivers with journey administration, including completing drivers\' pre- and post-debriefs, issuing invoices, PDAs, probes, and relevant documentation.
* Update and monitor drivers’ weekly hours.
* Print infringements.
* Check the progress of invoices in JDE.
* Monitor fuel level.
* Raise purchase orders for agencies and contractors.
* Manage PDA cabinet stock and respond to technical issues with PDAs.
* Provide a comprehensive handover to the transport department for any issues, resolutions, or pending actions.
* Manage and respond to Verofresh system violations.
* Maintain awareness and understanding of the Zebra system and Paragon planning for transport department hours reconciliations
