Clinical Sales Specialist - Renal Business Ireland Job Description

Territory Region: Ireland - This is a Field-Based Role 5 days per week

Based: Nationwide
Permanent Role: 35 hour working week
Reporting to: Renal Business Lead
Product Portfolio: Renal Therapies

Key Responsibilities:

* To educate and support customers in the correct use of B. Braun renal products, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and sales growth.
* To develop and nurture relationships with customers to optimize sales potential for B. Braun.
* Liaise with physicians, technicians, nursing personnel, and educators in the Irish hospital environment as required.
* Commitment to delivering quality patient-focused service alongside other team members.
* Service assigned accounts and suggest/present new products while proactively developing new opportunities.
* Ability to screen, evaluate, and capitalize on business development opportunities.
* Prepare and deliver training and education programs to provide customers with comprehensive offerings of B. Braun renal products.
* Participation in tender completions, working with others to ensure timely delivery.
* Flexibility to travel to all B. Braun customers throughout Ireland.
* Ability to travel nationwide and internationally for conferences and training events.
* Achieve maximum profitability/margins aligned with delineated targets.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments and trends within the territory and monitor competitor activity.
* Ensure accurate customer and territory records through CRM and report formats.
* Maximize the use and sale of B. Braun products using high standards of product knowledge and professional selling skills.
* Uphold the reputation of the Company at all times.
* Liaise with cross-functional teams as required.
* Undertake special projects specified by management.
* Act professionally to promote a positive image of the Company.

Requirements:

* Degree-level qualification in Nursing with experience in Renal Nursing.
* Proven track record in Sales roles.
* Hospital, Community Care Sales experience.
* Renal Therapies sales experience would be advantageous.
* Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills.
* Strong administrative, time management, and IT skills.
* Clean full driving license.
* Eligible to work in Ireland.
