Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Outlet Manager to lead the daily operations of our Food & Beverage departments within our 4-star hotel. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that service standards reflect our hotel’s commitment to excellence, while driving guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the smooth daily operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring high service standards.
* Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Collaborate with the F&B Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and upselling initiatives.
* Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and labor costs to ensure operational efficiency.
* Manage stock control to maintain cost effectiveness.
* Handle guest feedback professionally and take prompt corrective action when needed.
* Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
* Prepare reports on outlet performance, guest feedback, and financial targets.
Requirements
* Previous experience as an Outlet/Restaurant/Bar Manager in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a team.
* Excellent guest service and communication abilities.
* Solid knowledge of F&B operations, including revenue management and cost control.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

About The Company
The Gallen Hospitality group is comprised of three 4-star, family-run hotels located in Ballybofey and Gweedore, Co Donegal.
