Financial Project Manager Role:
This position requires a professional with a strong finance background and IT skills to lead projects that simplify and automate business processes across various areas, including financial management. The ideal candidate will have experience working with teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Lead projects aimed at simplifying and automating business processes, working closely with Europe, International, and pricing teams to identify areas for improvement.
* Action Planning: Propose and present action plans to improve efficiency and reduce complexity in processes such as closing activities, delta price results computation, financial results publication, and forecasting.
* Implementation: Oversee the implementation of proposed actions and manage related projects to ensure successful outcomes.
* Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide visibility to the European business community, enhancing decision-making capabilities.
* Closing Activities Support: Collaborate with the Business Controller to monitor and adjust backlog tracking, OEM allocations, and POS projects tracking.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in finance with strong IT knowledge, preferably from an auditing background.
* Proactive, team-oriented individual with an international mindset.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
* Expertise in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Oracle is an asset.
