At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Window Installation Site Foreman to join our client’s growing team based in North Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Installation Foreman with a background in Windows and Doors to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:
* Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of installation crews and subcontractors.
* Ensuring proper installation of windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and building codes.
* Conducting site inspections and quality control checks throughout the installation process, as well as resolving on-site issues.
* Maintaining project timelines and reporting progress to Project Manager.
* Coordinating delivery and storage of windows, doors, tools, and materials.
* Maintaining accurate documentation, including time sheets, work orders, and incident reports.
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and inspectors as needed.
Experience you need:
* Proven 3-5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role in construction—preferably with a focus on windows and doors.
* Strong understanding of window and door installation practices, tools, and materials.
* Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Familiarity with both residential and commercial projects
