Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the setup and breakdown of conference and banquet rooms to the Hotel standards and the client's specifications.
* Drinks reception service.
* Meetings and Events food service.
* Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
* Service the meeting and conference rooms for coffee breaks, lunch, etc. as needed.
* Liaise with the Events Management to ensure function sheets are up to date.
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
* Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless event execution.
* Handle any issues or concerns that arise during events promptly and professionally.
* Maintain the highest possible standard of personal hygiene, uniform, appearance and conduct at all times.
* Adhere to our health & safety training, policies, and procedures.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces and storage areas.
* Attention to detail.
