Technical Support Role
Ergo is seeking an IT professional to work as a Systems Administrator, providing technical support to local and remote users on the Windows platform.
This hands-on role includes server and user administration, network support, and maintenance of service desk systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with Active Directory Administration, Windows Server Management, Office 365 setup and maintenance, PC administration tasks for Windows 10, hardware and software inventory management, and helpdesk activity reporting.

* Preparation of Periodic Helpdesk Activity Reports
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role
* Office 365 End User Support – Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online
* Windows Server Admin: Active Directory/Exchange
* Networking: TCP/IP, SD-WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, Switches and Cabling
* Working Experience of VMWare, Citrix, MS Office, Server Hardware and Operating Systems
* Working Experience of Mobile Device Management
* Working Knowledge of Cloud Technologies (Advantage)
