We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to lead the business‑wide change, communication, and adoption activities for our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) programme. This is a highly visible, enterprise‑scale role impacting every area of the organisation.
You’ll work across a diverse, cross‑functional business, ensuring DLP controls land with low friction, clear understanding, and strong behavioural adoption.
What You’ll Do
Assess business and user impact of new DLP controls
Develop and deliver tailored change and communication plans across all functions
Lead training, awareness, and readiness activities
Prepare Service Desk and operational teams for new processes and behaviours
Reduce resistance, minimise disruption, and drive smooth adoption
Engage senior stakeholders and provide clear, confident updates
Ensure change is understood, embedded, and measurable

Strong communication skills, able to tailor messaging for varied business functions
Experience managing change in technology or security environments
Ability to challenge, influence, and guide senior stakeholders
Experience supporting end‑user‑impacting controls or compliance initiatives
Confident working across a complex, global organisation
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capability
Ability to make change “real” for end users with low‑friction adoption
Comfortable operating at pace and visible at exec level
