Job Title: Architectural Technician
We are seeking an architectural technician to join our team in a bold, creative, and young practice that is expanding the role of architecture to meet the challenges of today.
The successful candidate will work closely with our team on a range of exciting, design-led residential and public projects. They will be involved across all project stages, from concept to site, and will be supported with training in sustainable practices.
* Developing detailed technical drawings and specifications
* Supporting design development and construction documentation
* Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and fabricators
* Engaging with regulatory compliance and planning requirements
* Managing later stage projects
Key Qualifications:
* Five to ten years' professional experience, including significant onsite experience
* Proficiency in preparing detailed construction and tender drawings
* Excellent working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and BCAR
* Interest in building sustainability and circularity
* A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality, buildable solutions
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
