About This Role
We are seeking a seasoned and commercially savvy Senior Product Manager to lead our product strategy, driving Lynott into its next stage of growth.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will be at the heart of the brand. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing product roadmaps that meet commercial objectives.
* Identifying and interpreting jewellery and fashion trends, ensuring our collections stay ahead of the curve.
* Analysing sales and stock data, using insights to shape future ranges and maximise performance.
* Collaborating with marketing to deliver campaigns, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
* Overseeing stock flow and inventory across concessions, e-commerce, and fulfilment centres.
* Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best terms and support new product development.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in buying, merchandising, or product management in fashion, jewellery, or accessories.
* A keen eye for design, detail, and trends with proven commercial success.
* Strong experience managing budgets, stock, and supplier relationships.
* Excel and reporting skills that turn data into decisions.
