About the Role:
This is a 17-hour per week position, offered initially on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to contribute meaningfully to their people operations. The role offers hybrid working flexibility, with time on-site and remote options available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to the HR Manager
* Prepare contracts and documentation for new and existing employees
* Support the onboarding process for new hires
* Liaise with the payroll and finance team to ensure accurate HR/payroll data
* Maintain employee records using the HRIS system
* Assist with employee queries and HR-related communications

* A strong communicator, able to work with a range of stakeholders and personalities
