The Opportunity
Our client seeks to invest in an exceptional individual capable of delivering large and complex projects in a safe and efficient manner.
This critical role is integrated into the group's planned growth trajectory and succession strategy at the senior management level.
The Candidate
Several years of site/project management experience, with at least three years at the Project Manager level.
Full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, both in terms of timelines and commercial outcomes.
Effective motivational attributes combined with proven managerial skills and strong commercial awareness are essential.
A driving ambition to join the senior management team, with promotional prospects achievable based on performance.
Suitable for existing Senior Engineers/Site Managers seeking progression within a large organisation.
