We are seeking a BI Developer to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have experience in SQL and Data Warehousing & Reporting will be responsible for constantly monitoring our databases and immediately addressing database issues and problems. The successful candidate will also submit reports to management that outline the changing data needs of the company and come up with related solutions.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain ETL Packages using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2/2014 Integration Services.Develop Reports using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2/2014 Reporting Services.Develop SQL Procedures/Functions.Design, Develop and Implement technical solutions based on business requirements.Database performance tuning including TSQL / Procedural performance tuning (Optimizer and Index usage)Responsible for middleware design, monitoring and maintenance Database documentationPerform analytical testing and investigative workProposing system improvementsWhat we are looking for:Strong analytical skillsAbility to think logically and be proactive.
