Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
About the Role:
* This is a vital position responsible for overseeing laboratory processes to ensure they meet quality and regulatory standards.
* The successful candidate will use lean principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote operational excellence within the laboratory environment.
* Additionally, this role involves reviewing equipment logbooks, auditing trails, preventative maintenance, and calibration of equipment.
* Investigating and resolving compliance issues that arise in the laboratories, including LIR, invalids, and QIA, will also be a key responsibility.
* The supervisor will perform regular audits and inspections of laboratory practices and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Staying up-to-date on industry regulations and ensuring the laboratory complies with relevant laws and standards is an essential part of this role.
* Regular analysis of data related to lab operations and compliance will be necessary to identify trends and areas for improvement.
