An Irish law firm located in Dublin 2 is currently seeking an experiencedLegal Secretaryto join theirCommercial Property Team. This is a permanent full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within a firm experiencing significant growth and success. The role involves coordinating sales and purchase documents on behalf of clients, liaising with clients through the process, and supporting the Partners.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing sales and purchases on behalf of clients.
* Maintaining files on the Practice Management System (Practice Evolve).
* Corresponding with clients - both domestic and international.
* Organising and gathering necessary documentation including NPPR Certs, Affidavits, Declarations.
* PRSA registrations.
* Preparation of document bibles.
* Supporting Partners with mortgage and loan procedures.
* Archiving files and deeds post-deal completion.
Essential requirements for this role include:
* Minimum two years' experienceas a Legal Secretary in a Property Team.
* Strong IT skills - including experience using MS Office, and Case Management software.
