Our client, a rapidly expanding SaaS company, is growing its Dublin team and looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to join their SMB sales team. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to close, while also partnering closely with BDRs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver real value to ecommerce and retail brands across EMEA.

What You'll Be Doing
1. Own the full sales cycle: from outreach and qualification to demo, negotiation, and close
2. Build and maintain your own pipeline, collaborating closely with BDRs to create new opportunities
3. Engage and consult with decision-makers in ecommerce, D2C, and retail brands across EMEA
4. Manage multiple deals with speed and precision in a fast-paced environment
5. Collaborate and share insights with peers to elevate team performance
6. Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and consistency
What You Bring
7. Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
8. 2+ years' experience carrying a revenue quota in B2B SaaS
9. Strong outbound mindset and comfort building pipeline independently
10. Confidence engaging with marketing leaders and C-level stakeholders
11. A competitive, target-driven attitude with a hunger to win
12. Resilience, adaptability, and curiosity — you thrive on growth and feedback
13. Fully authorized to work in Ireland (EU passport or valid permit)
