Our vision is to change and save as many lives as possible.RoleRole Brief: Leading all fitness classes and collaborating on new fitness plans and strategies for our clients.ResponsibilitiesThe ability to work in a corporate health & fitness setting and adhere to professional conduct and behaviour alwaysEnsure health & fitness facilities are clean, safe, and clear of obstructionsCarry out inductions with new members, assess health issues, ensure fitness to train, provide guidance, set up training programmes, and conduct monthly reassessments for current membersInstruct group exercise classes such as Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Spin, Combat Fitness/Boxing, Mobility, and Resistance BandsReport on class engagementProvide open support to all members regarding fitness needs and goalsRequirementsMust have proof of and updated relevant Personal Training/Fitness Instructor Qualification to level 4 or equivalentYoga, Pilates & Spin/Indoor Cycling qualifications are a considerable advantageExperience working in a Corporate setting is an advantageCandidates must be outgoing with excellent customer service skillsMinimum 2+ years’ experience with the ability to teach an array of classes such as Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Spin, Combat Fitness/Boxing, Mobility, Resistance BandsBasic administration/computer skills essentialRunning enthusiast is an advantageBenefitsPart-time contract – 12 hours per week€13.70 per hourLocation: Leopardstown areaWorking hours: Tuesday 7:45am – 1:45pm and Wednesday 12:00pm – 6:00pm25 days pro rata for part-time24/7 EAP and a wide range of health and wellbeing supportsJob DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Part-timeJob function: OtherIndustries: Mental Health Care
