Responsibilities:
* Operational excellence through service and set up standards, shift meetings, guest relations, and floor presence/management
* Effective people management via recruitment, training, appraisals, and disciplinaries
* Strategic financial management including staffing costs, sales opportunities, profit and loss analysis, forecasting, and reporting
* Compliance with Health & Safety, Hygiene, Fire, Safety, and Licensing regulations
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with at least three years' experience as Supervisor / Manager of a busy, upscale restaurant. They should possess a genuine desire to nurture and develop a high-performing team.
