Location: Sligo
Hours: 35 hours (full time 9-5 Monday to Friday)
Duration: Temporary 3 month initial contract
Pay scale: €17.04- €26.52 (depending on previous relevant public sector experience)
Job Purpose
To provide efficient administrative support that ensures the smooth and well‑organised day‑to‑day running of the office, assisting the team with a range of administrative tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management.
* Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other documentation.
* Handle telephone and email inquiries in a professional manner.
* Maintain accurate records and databases.
* Support the coordination of meetings and events.
* Provide general administrative support.
Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous clerical or administrative experience is an advantage.
