This is a unique opportunity to work on an international program that helps organisations make more confident decisions through peer insight and community engagement. You will be responsible for coordinating activities that connect influential customers with those seeking to adopt transformative technologies—helping bring stories, insights, and momentum to enterprise decision-makers.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the execution of customer-facing programs that support strategic marketing and sales outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, operations, and customer engagement teams to deliver impactful peer-led activities.
• Manage timelines, track progress, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing content and insights based on customer interactions.
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and continuously optimise workflows for scale and impact.
• Ensure all activities are aligned to marketing and business goals in your assigned domain (AI, Cloud, or Security).
What You’ll Bring:
• 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, program management, or customer engagement.
• Marketing mindset with a strong grasp of enterprise technology challenges and buyer behaviours.
• Subject matter familiarity in one of the following: AI & productivity tools, cloud platforms, or enterprise security.
• Strong project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Clear and confident communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• Experience working across geographies and time zones is a plus.
Additional language skills (especially in EMEA regions) are a strong plus.
• Comfortable using digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and project trackers.
