Out of Orange is growing fast and we're excited to open our second role within our very first year. We already serve clients globally and are seeking a Social Media Manager to allow us to continue to grow.
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media. If you know the platforms inside out, can spot trends before they take off, and love creating content that truly connects, this role is for you.

You'll need to be proactive, take the lead on tasks, show initiative, and be ready to step up as we scale rapidly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend and create content briefs
* Draft scripts for client callouts
* Execute client callouts (on-site or remote as needed)
* Direct and capture video and audio content, ensuring a cohesive storyline in line with our strategy
* Follow the provided content strategy for ideation and creation
* Perform analytic reviews of previous content performance, draw conclusions, and create iterations to consistently build on results
* Suggest creative ideas to capture attention and drive engagement
* Support content production with graphic design and video editing
Job Requirements:
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
* Graphic design skills in Canva (portfolio or examples required)
* Short-form video editing skills, ideally in CapCut
* Authentic copywriting skills for captions and storytelling
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Full driver's license with ability to visit clients
* Experience with UGC-style content is a plus
* Ability to take initiative, lead tasks, and handle responsibility
* Strong storytelling and creative problem-solving skills
* Interest and potential to grow into client management
Salary is based on experience. This is a hybrid role however full-time on-site presence will be required during the initial training period.
