Fingleton White provides multidiscipline engineering services for the energy industry. Responsibilities
Coordinate with project teams to determine legislative requirements for new projects, including planning, fire safety certificates, disability access certificates, consents and BCAR requirements.
Conduct environmental screening and coordinate further inputs such as engineering reports and third‑party assessments.
Manage stakeholder relationships and obtain consents.
Lead the planning process including pre‑planning, application, response to RFIs and addressing any objections or appeals.
Manage FW processes, templates and training within the area of legislative compliance.
The successful applicant will receive guidance and training in our company’s approach to legislative compliance while working on project deliverables.
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Planning, Development and Environment, or equivalent industry experience.
2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Full clean driving licence.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
