Job Reference: RARDO Job Title: Residential Development Officer (Property Developer) Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE + mileage / package Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland VANRATH are recruiting a Residential Development Officer to work for a well-established, award-winning property developer based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Remuneration: c£35,000 - £45,000 DOE + mileage / package Client: Well-established, award-winning Residential Developer with a great reputation for developing carefully crafted turn-key homes. They are an ambitious developer with a highly motivated and capable team. The majority of their developments are located in and around the Greater Belfast area. The Opportunity: You will be an important member of the team, responsible for managing all aspects of New Homes Sales, Conveyance and Marketing for developments and Rental Management of a property portfolio as outlined below: Oversee all aspects of sales and conveyance of New Homes in collaboration with Estate Agents and Solicitors Liaise with appointed Marketing Consultant for all New Homes marketing requirements including CGI's, brochures, signage, property portals; including overseeing all company marketing requirements, website and social media Updating in house reporting trackers on the progress of sales and conveyance Liaise with external bodies, statutory authorities and stakeholders relating to company planning applications etc. Oversee company rental portfolio of residential and commercial property Support with identifying new development opportunities and undertaking due diligence and assisting with financial analysis Appoint Management Agents for developments Liaise with in house Site, Office Teams, Interior Designer and consultants associated with fulfilling the role The Ideal Person: Excellent communication skills Attention to detail, thoroughness and good time keeping skills Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the sales and conveyance process of new build homes including marketing and rental portfolio management Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook) Highly organised, self-motivated, flexible, efficient and able to multi-task Able to commute to Belfast on a daily basis For further information on this vacancy, or any other Built Environment job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Robert Apps for a confidential discussion IND03 Skills: Residential Development Officer Development Officer Marketing New Homes Sales Property Benefits: DOE + mileage / package
