Lead Business Analyst
1-Year Contract – Dublin-Based – Hybrid – Up to €550/day
We are hiring for a leading client and looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, gather business and technical requirements, and translate them into a prioritised backlog for our development team.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse business and technical requirements and create a prioritised backlog for the development team.
* Define features and user stories, facilitate backlog refinement, and prioritise work effectively.
* Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams.
* Review product and test plans to ensure business and technical requirements are met.
* Provide subject matter expertise and support during implementation of new products/services.
About You
* 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst with strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
* Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and technical concepts (APIs, databases, CI/CD).
* High-energy, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Experience with SQL, project tracking tools (JIRA/Rally/ADO), and Cloud infrastructure is a plus.
