My client, a leading international engineering and infrastructure delivery firm, is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join their growing finance team in Dublin. This is a high-impact role supporting complex, cross-border operations across Europe, with a strong focus on corporate tax compliance, advisory, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee timely and accurate completion of corporate income tax returns across multiple jurisdictions.
2. Advise senior leadership on complex tax matters and identify opportunities for tax efficiency.
3. Support global mobility tax issues and manage tax audits and inquiries.
4. Assist in preparing local and master transfer pricing documentation.
5. Conduct ad hoc tax research and stay current with evolving tax legislation.
6. Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal tax knowledge development.
Ideal Candidate
7. Qualified Tax Professional (AITI/CTA or equivalent), ideally with an accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
8. Experience in a Big 4/top-tier firm or multinational tax environment.
9. Strong technical knowledge of international tax laws and compliance.
10. Excellent communication, drafting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
11. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
12. Proven track record of analytical thinking and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.
