Red Chair Recruitment are presently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and hands-on Operations Manager to join a busy 40-bedroom property with a team of 60+ staff located in Leixlip, Co. Kildare.
This is a full-time position (45 hours/week, 5 over 7 days including weekends and public holidays).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.
2. Work with the Operations Director on budgets, targets, and strategic planning.
3. Lead and motivate departmental managers and staff, supporting training and development.
4. Drive sales initiatives in collaboration with Sales & Marketing teams.
5. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, and company standards.
6. Deliver exceptional guest experience at all times.
Requirements:
7. 2–3 years' experience as an Operations Manager in a busy 3*/4* hotel.
8. Strong knowledge of food & beverage, sales/events, and hotel systems.
9. Proven track record in people management and achieving operational targets.
10. Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
