In this role, you will manage end-to-end hiring processes, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, enhance candidate experiences, and support our employer branding initiatives. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a vital role in ensuring we attract, select, and secure the best talent in the competitive Irish labor market while embodying our "Semper Ardens" (always burning) philosophy.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer acceptance, including drafting compelling job advertisements, screening candidates, and conducting preliminary interviewsCreate an exceptional candidate experience through consistent, inclusive, and professional communication while serving as a brand ambassador for our organizationDevelop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategy recommendationsBuild diverse talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, with particular focus on hard-to-fill positionsEnsure all recruitment processes comply with Irish employment legislation and GDPR while maintaining accurate records and reportingContribute to employer branding activities, campaigns, and content while supporting early careers programs and talent eventsRequirements3+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency) within the Irish market with demonstrated success managing end-to-end hiring across multiple functionsStrong sourcing capabilities and thorough understanding of current recruitment market trends and best practicesExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levelsExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) and recruitment technologiesKnowledge of Irish employment law and GDPR regulations as they relate to recruitment processesProven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressureKey BehaviorsStrives for the extraordinary by challenging the status quo, setting ambitious goals, and innovating to build beyond our timeCreates an environment of positive energy and compassion while practicing equity, inclusion, and celebrating diversity of thoughtDemonstrates consumer-centricity in all activities, acting as a passionate brand ambassador for our iconic portfolioMakes decisions quickly and delivers with excellence, building trust to learn from failures and drive innovationEmpowers, supports, and develops people to reach their full potential through continuous learning opportunitiesBalances speed with quality, knowing when to prioritize action over perfection while maintaining high standardsEducation/QualificationsDegree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience in IrelandCIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR certification is advantageous but not essential
