A well-established organisation based in Co.Cavan is searching for a Credit Control Manager to lead its accounts receivable and credit control team. This is a permanent, full-time role with a supportive team environment and opportunities for professional growth.Your New Job: As Credit Control Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of customer accounts and manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process. This is a hands-on role, where you will mentor the credit control team, and collaborate with key internal teams. The position is full-time, office-based at least four days a week.ResponsibilitiesManage and collect outstanding balances for a portfolio of customersLead, coach, and develop the accounts receivable/credit control teamOversee accurate invoicing, cash allocation, debt reviews, and reconciliationCarry out regular recovery calls and negotiate payment arrangementsSupervise credit assessments, authorise credit notes, and manage write-offsProduce and analyse AR and aged debt reportsSet KPIs for team targets and monitor performanceIdentify and implement efficiency improvements in finance systems and processesQualifications & RequirementsAt least 5 years’ finance experience with strong exposure to AR, AP, and cashflowMinimum 3 years in both accounts receivable and team leadershipProficiency in systems such as Sage, SAP, Salesforce, plus advanced ExcelExperience working with Irish and UK markets (desirable)Finance qualification (IATI, ACCA, CIMA or similar) is a plusFluent English and full right to work in IrelandMust be able to commute or relocate to CavanApply for This JobApply for this job now or get in touch with Aoife on aoifec@matrixrecruitment.ie for more information.By applying, you are giving consent for Matrix Recruitment to contact you about this job.
