We are seeking a Dedicated Director of Nursing to join our team in South Dublin.

Job Profile:
The Director of Nursing will lead the day-to-day operations of the home, responsible for governance, clinical care, transitions, family support, HR management, financial administration, and facility management.

Requirements:
To be successful, the candidate must hold:
* A registered General Nurse on the Register of Nurses held by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
* Evidence of continuous professional development.
* A post-registration management qualification in health or a related field.
* At least 3 years' experience in nursing older persons within the previous 6 years.
* At least 3 years' experience in a management capacity in the health and social care area.
* Effective communication skills with residents, family members, team members, management, and external bodies.
* A post-registration qualification in dementia care and gerontology is highly desirable.

This is a full-time, permanent position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday schedule. The ability to commute reliably to Co. Dublin is required.
