Account Manager – Regional (Central, East Central, Northeast, Pacific, South Central, Southeast Territories)
Responsible for achieving sales revenue targets within the assigned territory.
Manages the full sales cycle: customer engagement, quoting, order processing, product shipment, and training of clinical staff and distributors.
Launches new products in partnership with the Marketing team, builds strong relationships with physicians and clinicians, utilizes strategic selling skills, and proactively creates sales opportunities.
Conducts peer‑to‑peer and promotional events and performs additional tasks as requested by management.

Associate Director of Product Development – Aerogen Pharma
Leads key aspects of pharmaceutical development for AeroFact (biologic surfactant) and Synthsurf (synthetic surfactant). Focuses on phase‑appropriate product development of lyophilized formulations, manufacturing process optimisation and scale‑up, and product characterization for pre‑clinical and clinical studies. Establishes and operates Aerogen Pharma’s in‑house development laboratory, leading formulation and process development of lipid/peptide formulations. Works cross‑functionally with process engineers, analytical scientists, and lab technicians, and transfers technology to CDMOs for scale‑up.
Clinical Application Specialist – West India
Provides clinical education and support for Aerogen nebulizer products in Indian hospital accounts. Collaborates with the Commercial Director and stakeholders to optimise customer experience, maximise sales, and gain market share. Supports revenue growth through ongoing customer training and education.
Clinical Educator – Berlin (Commercial‑EMEA)
Supports revenue growth by partnering with the account manager to deliver high‑quality education and support to Aerogen customers. Drives volume and revenue in focused accounts, ensuring customer compliance and fostering growth. Requires flexibility, strategic thinking, and creative problem‑solving to provide best‑in‑class education programs.
Clinical Educator – Central
Similar to the Berlin role, focusing on regional revenue growth, superior customer support, and account influence. Emphasises flexibility, critical thinking, and a self‑motivated “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” attitude.
Corporate Account Executive (CAE)
Handles direct and indirect sales of Aerogen products in the IDN market segment to meet revenue targets. Acts as the “tip of the spear” for Aerogen’s commercial team in key corporate accounts, supporting expanded market development in strategic IDN Health Systems.
Country Sales Manager – Mexico
Drives Aerogen’s commercial and clinical performance in Mexico through strategic planning, sales leadership, and clinical expertise. Works closely with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory) and manages distributor relationships.
Country Sales Manager – North LATAM
Similar responsibilities to the Mexico role, focused on driving commercial and clinical performance in North LATAM, collaborating across functions and supporting distributor relationships.
VP – Sales and Marketing
Leads Aerogen’s market performance initiatives across existing and emerging segments. Shapes global market strategy, drives new product launches, and builds a new market‑and‑business analytics function. Partners with global sales, Medical Affairs, R&D and other functions to maximize commercial presence and expand into high‑growth care settings.

Handles inside sales and support of Aerogen products within the assigned region, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of sales performance.
Key Account Manager – KSA
Releases an integral role within Aerogen’s KSA execution plan, reporting to the Commercial Director. Responsible for revenue growth targets, managing strategic partnerships with Ministry of Health hospitals, central supply (NUPCO), non‑MOH government sector, and key private hospitals. Negotiates pricing and value‑based purchasing with distributors, collaborates with Country Manager KSA, and builds relationships with healthcare insurers and associations for reimbursement.
Senior Buyer – Indirect Procurement
Leads high‑stakes supplier negotiations to secure optimal value, terms, and long‑term partnerships. Skilled communicator and dealmaker with a proven track record of cost savings and contract advantages through world‑class negotiation strategies.
Senior Maintenance Technician
Provides engineering support to existing and new processes at Aerogen Shannon Manufacturing to meet quality, service, and cost objectives. Works under the Engineering Lead and Production Engineering Manager.
Senior Medical Affairs Advisor
Key SME guiding the review of promotional materials (PMs). Oversees creation of compliant, educational materials, manages medical information, and provides scientific support. Engages in clinical evaluations as needed.
Senior Industrial / Product Design Engineer
Transforms complex clinical needs into compelling product concepts for medical devices. Utilises sketches, illustrations, foam models, and CAD. Collaborates across R&D, Engineering, and Clinical functions to influence future products.
Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist II (Strategic Regulatory)
Part of Aerogen’s Global Strategic Regulatory team. Establishes and executes regulatory strategies across the product lifecycle to support commercial growth and sustainability. Works within Ireland’s medical technology sector.
