Your mission Role Overview We're looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Operations Lead to oversee the performance of our B2C door-to-door sales team for a major utilities client. This is a primarily office-based role,with on field spot checks where you'll be responsible for ensuring the client's targets, standards, and expectations are met through effective communication, reporting, and operational delivery. You'll work closely with the Team Leader and Coach/Trainer to drive team performance, maintain client relationships, and ensure all activity aligns with compliance, quality, and brand standards. What You'll Do Client Relationship & Communication Serve as the main point of contact for the client, managing day-to-day communication and updates. Provide regular reports, insights, and commentary on sales performance and team activity. Support client meetings and reviews, ensuring agreed actions are followed through. Build a strong, professional partnership focused on delivery and trust. Sales Team Oversight Work closely with the Team Leaders to monitor and drive performance across the door-to-door sales teams. Review daily and weekly results to ensure sales targets and headcount goals are achieved. Identify performance gaps and coordinate with the Team Leader and Coach/Trainer on improvement actions. Ensure compliance with all client, regulatory, and brand standards. Operational Delivery Manage reporting, forecasting, and data accuracy using CRM and Excel. Support onboarding, training, and retention in collaboration with HR and the Coach/Trainer. Proactively identify risks or challenges affecting performance and take corrective action. Maintain smooth operational processes between the client, sales team, and internal departments. Your profile Skills & Experience Proven experience in sales operations or team leadership ideally within a B2C or door-to-door sales environment. Strong communicator - confident, professional, and assertive when needed. Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail. Skilled in performance management and data-driven decision-making. Proficient in CRM systems and Excel for reporting and tracking. Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Knowledge of the utilities sector or regulated sales is an advantage.
