Job Role
The successful candidate will work as a member of the leadership team, delivering coordinated client support and intervention within our service.
* Work effectively in the leadership team.
* Keep up-to-date statistics and administrative records.
* Support key workers to identify client needs.
* Implement effective, client-led interventions.
Requirements
To succeed, you'll need:
* At least three years' experience working in disability, education, or training.
* A third-level degree in Social Care, Education, or Health.
* A good understanding of ASD and Asperger's Syndrome/High Functioning Autism.
* Supervisory experience or qualifications.
