Calling Audit professionals who are seeking a new challenge early in 2026 Our client, a growing global Fintech firm, are seeking to hire 2 talented Audit Managers to help them implement a controls based audit framework across their entire Group.
Responsibilities:
* Play an integral role in the transition to a control based audit approach
* Map existing controls to Group policies, identify gaps and ensure alignment with risk based framework
* Standardise control documentation and support audit readiness
* Contribute to improvement of control processes, streamlining and automating assurance coverage
* Horizon mapping to include IFRS, SOX and internal control developments
Experience:
* Big Four trained with a minimum of 2 years PQE in external audit, internal controls or risk assurance
* Strong understanding of control-based audit methodology and IFRS knowledge
* Exposure to SOX highly advantageous
* Superior communication skills
* Ability to work on own initiative but collaborate with the wider group as a key team player
* Irish/EU citizen or possessing Stamp 4 visa
