Job Description
Own and drive global revenue strategy, delivering sustainable organic growth while maintaining profitability
Balance volume growth with margin, lifetime value, and long-term value creation
Establish clear revenue targets, forecasting, and performance reporting across all markets
Sales & Route-to-Market Execution
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organisation across all channels (direct, partner, reseller)
Develop and optimise multi-route-to-market strategies, ensuring effective coverage and scalable growth
Expand and strengthen the reseller and partner ecosystem globally
Marketing & Demand Generation
Lead the B2B marketing function, owning demand generation, acquisition strategy, and CPA performance
Align marketing closely with sales to drive pipeline quality, conversion, and ROI
Ensure data-driven decision-making across acquisition, funnel performance, and customer growth
Strategic Growth & M&A
Identify, evaluate, and support acquisition opportunities that align with Foodhub’s growth strategy
Support post-acquisition integration from a commercial and revenue perspective
Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure commercial insights inform product roadmap and innovation
Act as a core member of the executive leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy
Collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, and other senior leaders to align revenue initiatives with operational and client goals
Build a strong performance culture with clear accountability and outcomes
Requirements
Proven senior leadership experience in revenue-focused roles (CRO, CCO, VP Revenue, VP Commercial, or equivalent)
Extensive experience in EPOS, hospitality technology, SaaS, or payments (essential)
Strong track record of international sales leadership and growth across multiple markets
Demonstrated experience leading sales and marketing as a unified revenue function
Deep understanding of multiple routes to market, including direct sales, partners, and resellers
Highly commercial, analytical, and data-driven, with strong financial acumen
Comfortable operating at board and executive level, influencing strategy and decision-making
