Financial Management Professional
This is a dual-purpose role combining the leadership of an internal finance team with direct delivery of fractional financial controller services to selected clients.
You will lead and run the day-to-day operations of the finance team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality accounting, reporting, and compliance services for outsourced clients. You will also act as a fractional financial controller for assigned clients, integrating into their leadership teams to provide strategic financial guidance, reporting, and control.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to deliver accounting and finance services to multiple outsourced clients.
* Act as the lead finance contact for assigned clients, often working as part of their senior management team.
Requirements:
Essential:
You must be based in Ireland and have 5+ years of experience in a senior accounting/controlling role in the Irish market. This is a commercially focused role, and your experience must be in industry. Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent). 5+ years' experience in a senior accounting/controlling role. Experience managing a finance team and multiple client relationships. Strong technical accounting skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident in client-facing roles, able to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Desirable: Experience in outsourcing, shared services, or professional services environments. Exposure to multiple industries and SME environments. Understanding of automation tools, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
