The Role:
Reporting to the Steel Construction Manager, the Machine Room Foreman will ensure production deadlines are met in a safe, efficient manner. They will be responsible for the preparation and organisation of work, supervising employees, and monitoring and improving performance and quality.
Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:
1. The Foreman shall always use their influence, knowledge, and experience to guide and instruct employees under their supervision to work efficiently and productively, with due regard to safety, ensuring observance of safety protocols and standards.
